Are you a detail-oriented problem solver looking to kickstart your career in tech? We’re looking for you to join our team in Varaždin! This isn’t your typical "sit in a corner" role; it’s a dynamic, split-level position where you’ll spend half your time breaking things (QA) and the other half fixing them (Support).

You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality for our retail platforms while acting as the technical lifeline. If you’ve got a keen eye for bugs and a passion for helping people, this is your stage!
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute test plans for our frontend and backend software.
  • Perform functional and regression testing across web-based and embedded systems.
  • Document and triage issues in JIRA, working with developers to squash bugs before they reach the real world.
  • Walk in your users' footsteps by testing on actual devices. Feel for yourself whether the experience delights or disappoints.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and customers to turn "help!" into "thank you!".
  • Work across all required teams and ensure smooth ticket transition.
