Business Development Specialist

Your mission

Boost inc is hiring a dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive key initiatives in our services business unit. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of project leadership and customer engagement, helping to shape our store-as-a-service solutions and optimize our own organization. If you’re skilled in project coordination, data-driven decision-making, and eager to build commercial traction with our customers, we’d love to get in touch with you.

Your responsibilities
  • Project Management 

    • Support development of new store-as-a-service concepts (business development)

    • Act as point of contact for our store-as-a-service partners for strategic and operational topics  

    • Develop data analysis dashboards and distill insights to further optimize and simplify our product, services and processes

    • Lead internal product and process improvement topics within our services business unit 

  • Sales & Sales Support

    • Lead sales process for select leads/ opportunities

    • Drive upselling conversation with existing customers 

    • Own and maintain our services sales pipeline 

    • Prepare presentations, analysis, reports for key customer and management meetings  

    • Further develop our sales and product support materials (catalogues, website, etc.) 

Your profile
  • A Bachelor degree in business, innovation or technology 

  • 2-5 years of work experience in project management, business development, strategy or commercial functions

  • Languages: English (Fluent), German (Fluent), French is a plus 

  • Affinity and passion for technology, food tech and business development topics will make you an excited candidate

Location: Zurich, Switzerland. Please note that there is an expectation that the role-holder will be comfortable being on site in line with business need – while there is some flexibility, due to the nature of the role there are weeks when you may need to be in the office every day. We are therefore looking for someone based within the Zurich area. We are not offering sponsorship for overseas candidates at this time.
