Marketing Coordinator (speaking Swiss German & French)

Your mission

Boost inc is hiring a Marketing Coordinator, who is creative and ready to run and get stuck in! In this newly formed role, we are looking for an organised and an exempt project manager, who will be responsible for the execution of Boostbar marketing campaigns, coordinating with the central marketing team, vendors, customers and cross-team coordination in Switzerland. You will also be responsible for establishing relations with vendors and marketing agencies. Alongside, responsibilities will include leading the social media marketing, evaluating performance of campaigns, conducting regular market research and looking out for trends which can become an opportunity for the company. You will also execute external off-site campaigns e.g. external events, involving logistics management and operations.

Your responsibilities
  • Coordinating Boostbar marketing campaigns by working with internal stakeholders and the central Boost inc marketing team. Define and manage KPI tracking to monitor impact of campaign effectiveness.

  • Creating and maintaining marketing assets for the sales department, including brochures, presentations, business cards and ad-hoc collateral

  • Coordinating and executing content creation, including website and blog content, social media assets and case studies and testimonials for use across channels.

  • Work closely with agencies to design and update the Boostbar website (Wordpress) and optimise SEA and SEO campaigns to improve the ongoing performance of digital marketing channels.

  • Be the face of the Swiss marketing team and work with internal teams to organise external events, trade fairs and photoshoots. 

  • Identify press opportunities and write press releases to promote new products and services

Your profile
  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar fieldAn all-rounder, who is ready to run and roll up their sleeves to get projects done

  • An extrovert at heart, who is not afraid to speak to internal teams and customers to drive content goals 

  • Native Swiss German speaker and the ability to speak French would be an advantage

  • The ability to write creative case studies, blog material, press releases and social media content on a regular basis

  • The ability to use Adobe products and the ability to follow CI brand guidelines across all channels

  • Ability to use Google analytics, Adwords and CRM (Hubspot) to run regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

Location: Zurich, Switzerland. Please note that there is an expectation that the role-holder will be comfortable being on site in line with business need – while there is some flexibility, due to the nature of the role there are weeks when you may need to be in the office every day. We are therefore looking for someone based within the Zurich area. We are not offering sponsorship for overseas candidates at this time.
